Take the Heart of Gold Discovery Trail
Visitors thirsting for more knowledge about Western Australia’s golden history are invited to embark on the self-guided Heart of Gold Discovery Trail.
After visiting The Perth Mint, commence your walk from our famous gatehouse to discover 10 significant sites across the city with the help of the free interactive app. Suitable for the whole family, the informative and entertaining journey concludes at Elizabeth Quay next to a replica of Golden Eagle, the largest gold nugget ever found in the State.
Mine to Mint - Day Tour
Mine to Mint is an exciting day tour operated by Go West Tours in partnership with The Perth Mint.
It showcases the complete journey of gold, from its mining process at Newmont Boddington, Australia’s largest operating gold mine, to the magic and allure of gold at The Perth Mint, a global leader in precious metals.

Setting little hearts alight with fun and laughter, Pan for Gold with The Perth Mint was at Burswood Park on Sunday 2 and Monday 3 June for the WA Day Festival to celebrate our golden State.
This free activity took young explorers on a mission of discovery as they sift through dry sand to find hidden treasures just as the generations did before them during WA's gold rush era. More info

Our 118th Birthday
This year we are celebrating our 118th birthday.

The Perth Mint Gallipoli Run
The Perth Mint is delighted to be the principal sponsor of the 2017 Gallipoli Run, hosted by Athletics Western Australia (Athletics WA). First held in Perth in 2003, the event encourages the Western Australian community to walk or run the four or eight kilometre course in honour of the Anzacs, celebrating the spirit of mateship and camaraderie which remains their legacy.
