Personalised medallion order form
Our team will contact you within three days of completing the order form. A proof will be emailed to you for approval prior to engraving. Medallions can also be bought over the counter at The Perth Mint Shop.

Payment methods
If paying by electronic bank transfer, a sales order confirmation will be emailed to you with instructions for payment. To pay by credit card, call us on the number below during business hours.
Medallions are non-returnable and not covered by our 30-day refund guarantee unless we have made an engraving error. Please ensure your message is correct.
Additional fees
- A design fee of AUD 25 per logo or image will be added for personal orders.
- A service fee of AUD 50 will be added to medallion orders of 50 or more.
- Designs that have images from the internet, or corporate/personal logos, must provide proof of ownership or approval to engrave from the copyright/IP owner. Images can be emailed to:

Delivery
Additional delivery charges apply. Your order will be delivered by express courier. Our current charges are:
- AUD 10 (Australia) for up to four medallions.
- AUD 35 (international).
- Quotes provided for orders of five medallions or more.
- We can courier your order to Perth CBD addresses at your own cost.
- Orders can also be collected from The Perth Mint Shop.
Orders will be dispatched after full payment has been received (usually two to four business days from receipt of payment). We will try our best to accommodate, however, we cannot guarantee your preferred delivery date.
