How can I modify my account details?

To change your account details:

  1. Login to your Depository Online account
  2. Select "Personal Settings" in the left column under "Manage your account"
  3. Click on the "Modify" link next to the details you wish to change

For security reasons you can only modify your email address and cell/mobile number and home number. If you need to change your address or other details, please contact us.

Am I able to change my bank account?

Your money laundering reasons your Depository Online account is tied to a single bank account - money from the sale of your precious metal must go back to the same bank account from where the money came to purchase that precious metal.

How can I change my password?

To change your password:

  1. Login to your Depository Online account
  2. Select "Change Password" in the left column under "Security"
  3. Enter your new password twice
  4. Click on the "Change Password" button to save the new password

How can I maximize the security of my account?

We protect your account by means of a unique user name and a confidential password that you choose yourself. We strongly advise you to choose a new password regularly. Please take all reasonable measures to ensure that third parties are not able to discover your confidential password.
