  • Heart of Gold Reverse Discovery Trail Launch

    Join us this Saturday, 20 October, to celebrate our State’s #heartofgold with the launch of the Discovery Trail reverse edition!

    Starting from 10am at The Perth Mint, where an array of FREE activities await including a virtual reality tent, photo booth and face painting, trailblazers can explore our City’s unique golden heritage via the interactive Heart of Gold Australia app.

The Australian Trilogy

The Perth Mint’s exclusive $1.8 million Australian Trilogy coin collection has now been sold. In a convergence of colour and light, this extraordinary collectable comprises three spectacular one kilo coins hand set with a rare, natural fancy coloured diamond from the Argyle Diamond Mine. Discover this glittering treasure today.

 


Our 118th Birthday

This year we are celebrating our 118th birthday. 

To mark the occasion we offered a coin gift to kids visiting the Mint during June and July and free entry to our exhibition and tour on WA Day. Read more.

 


The Perth Mint Gallipoli Run

The Perth Mint is delighted to be the principal sponsor of the 2017 Gallipoli Run, hosted by Athletics Western Australia (Athletics WA). First held in Perth in 2003, the event encourages the Western Australian community to walk or run the four or eight kilometre course in honour of the Anzacs, celebrating the spirit of mateship and camaraderie which remains their legacy. CowParade

The City of Perth partnered with the Perth Public Art Foundation (PPAF) to bring the world’s largest and most successful public art program, CowParade, to Perth and we were delighted to have our very own cow as part of this special event! Read more.
