First featuring in the 27th issue of the comic book Detective Comics created by artist Bob Kane and writer Bull Finger, BATMAN™ became a popular superhero of the DC universe. An alias of Bruce Wayne, a wealthy philanthropist and industrialist, BATMAN™ swears vengeance against criminals with his own personal vendetta to settle, tempered with justice.

Crafted from 99.9% pure silver, this shaped and engraved coin emulates the iconic 'BAT SIGNAL', With an innovative antiqued finish, this coin has a limited mintage of  just 1,939, reflecting his year of debut.
