If paying by electronic bank transfer, a sales order confirmation will be emailed to you with instructions for payment. To pay by credit card, call us on the number below during business hours.
Medallions are non-returnable and not covered by our 30-day refund guarantee unless we have made an engraving error. Please ensure your message is correct.
Additional fees
- A design fee of AUD 20 per logo or image will be added. Images and logos should be supplied as .png or .jpg.
- Designs that have images from the internet, or corporate/personal logos, must provide proof of ownership or approval to engrave from the copyright/IP owner. Images can be emailed to:
Delivery
Additional delivery charges apply. Your order will be delivered by express courier. Our current charges are:
- AUD 10 (within WA) or AUD 20 (within Australia) for up to four medallions.
- AUD 35 (international).
- Free worldwide shipping for orders over AUD 300.
- Quotes provided for orders of five medallions or more.
- We can courier your order to Perth CBD addresses at your own cost.
- Orders can also be collected from The Perth Mint Shop.
Depending on the order size and complexity of the design, an estimate of the delivery date will be provided once enquiry is received.
Orders will be dispatched after full payment has been received (usually two to four business days from receipt of payment). We will try our best to accommodate, however, we cannot guarantee your preferred delivery date.
Personalise both sides
Gold-plated fine silver, gold-plated aluminium bronze and pure silver medallions can be engraved on both sides. The silver option is available in two sizes 32mm (1/2oz) and 40mm (1oz).
