Triple mouse silver coin set

A landmark Australian coin program begins its third cycle with the release of the 2020 Year of the Mouse coins. This three-coin set features the adorable silver mouse design in three flawlessly struck finishes, each highlighting the resourceful mouse and celebrating those born under the sign of the inquisitive creature.

Proof, coloured and gilded finishes

The reverse of each coin depicts a representation of two mice foraging among husks of corn. Also included in the design is the Chinese character for ‘mouse’, the inscription ‘MOUSE 2020’ and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.

The delicately frosted design on the silver proof coin appears on an immaculately polished table as does the coloured design while the gilded coin highlights the mice in 24-carat gold.
