Coloured design
This 1/4oz silver addition to the 2021 Australian Lunar series celebrates the Year of the Ox. The second animal of the Chinese lunar calendar is said to influence people born during 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997, 2009 and 2021 who are likely to be kind, intelligent, honest, hardworking and great leaders.
Coloured ox and calf design
The coin’s reverse portrays a coloured representation of an ox with its calf. Also included in the design is a cherry blossom tree, a symbol of love and beauty, as well as the Chinese character for ‘ox’, the inscription ‘OX 2021’ and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.
ANDA money expo presentation card
This coin show special is housed in a presentation card displaying the words 2020 SYDNEY MONEY EXPO ANDA SPECIAL and the dates of the event.
