Lotterywest Boorloo Heritage Festival 2026
Explore our free Forecourt exhibition, Minting Memories: Celebrating the wonder of WA, featuring coin designs showcasing iconic Western Australian stories. Visitors can collect a Minting Memories passport on arrival and stamp their way through the display on a fun, educational trail for all ages.
The Lotterywest Boorloo Heritage Festival starts on 1 April and runs until 30 April. The temporary exhibition is free to explore, but why not make the most of your visit and join one of our tours.
School holiday activity: Become a coin designer
Join us for a uniquely Western Australian‑themed coin‑design workshop as part of the Boorloo Heritage Festival 2026
This workshop will explore creative thinking and technical skills, including utilising scale and shape in designs to produce your very own coin. Once happy with your final masterpiece, see your design converted into an engraved medallion to take home.
Sessions run at 9.45am and 1.45pm every Tuesday and Thursday from 7 April until 16 April 2026. Bookings essential.
Join our tour on Auslan Day
All tours on 13 April will include an Auslan interpreter to celebrate Australian Sign Language (Auslan).
