Plan ahead, arrive early
Due to the high gold price, there is a surge in demand for bullion trading and sell your gold services. We may close our queue earlier so that we can serve customers already in line. A notification will appear on our website if we close the queue early. Please plan ahead as strict ID requirements apply.
Selling your gold: Wait times for selling us bullion, nuggets and gold jewellery may also be higher than usual. This service will be unavailable on 18 and 19 October but operating as per our usual from 20 October.
