Somewhat macabre in appearance, the Thestral manifests in the the form of a black skeletal horse, invisible to all who have not been truly touched by death. First encountered by Harry in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix alongside Luna Lovegood, Thestrals are intuitive and gentle creatures often misunderstood for their spooky appearance, and are used to draw the carriages for Hogwarts students.

Magical creature design

Struck from 99.9% pure silver, this stunning coin showcases a coloured and engraved depiction of the Thestral, with beautiful blue and silver hues, brilliantly contrasting the frosted imagery. To further enhance the design, blue cubic zirconia stones has been added to the reverse.
