COVID-19 update
Proof of vaccination is no longer a requirement.
In line with the State Government’s latest easing of COVID-19 public health measures, from 29 April 2022 visitors and contractors will no longer be required to provide proof of vaccination to visit or work at the Perth Mint. Masks will no longer need to be worn on the premises.

Systems upgrade
We have recently undertaken a major systems upgrade which has temporarily resulted in some disruption to our services and communications, including dispatch notifications, processes taking longer than usual and an increase in enquiries. We are endeavouring to assist customers and dispatch orders as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience during this time.
Delivery and collection processes
Due to the high volume of orders we are processing, delivery and collection times are longer than usual. We are working as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our freight service providers have modified some of their practices due to the impact of COVID-19. These changes have been designed to protect the community and their staff members.
Delivery service delays and suspensions
A number of regions have been subject to delivery disruptions, while some areas are experiencing service suspensions. Where service suspensions are in place, we will endeavour to hold the parcel and dispatch when services resume.
Accepting delivery
Some service providers may only check your identification and not require you to sign for your delivery.
More information
Our delivery service providers have advised they are still experiencing substantial delays in their network due to reduced domestic flights, increased parcel volumes and additional safety measures.
As this is an ever-changing situation, you will find the most up-to-date information on each of the service providers websites:
