The team at The Perth Mint works hard to ensure your order is delivered to you quickly and securely from the moment you complete your order.

Restrictions on deliveries to unattended delivery locations
Orders from The Perth Mint can no longer be delivered to unattended delivery locations. For successful delivery, customers will need to have either a residential or commercial address. Unattended delivery locations include: PO boxes (of any type), parcel lockers, locked bags, private bags, common boxes, private posting boxes, combined box/locked bag services, roadside mailboxes.
Flat rate charges
We charge a flat rate for orders that do not include bullion. These are:
- Domestic AUD 10
- International AUD 35
- Free worldwide shipping for orders over AUD 300.

Shipping and collection of storage program holdings
The Perth Mint Depository safeguards your gold, silver and platinum holdings. However, you can arrange to collect your investment or have it shipped to you. Please download the Freight and collections guide, complete and return the relevant forms to get the process started.
